In her career, Dawne has excelled as a finance professional; she worked as a senior accountant for PepsiCo’s beverage division, demonstrating diligence and integrity in the corporate sphere. She balances this successful business career with a deep commitment to her faith and church community.
Known for her kind spirit and strong faith, Dawne is often seen bridging her professional skills with her ministry work, organizing, advising, and supporting church initiatives with excellence. As the wife of Pastor Matthew Greaves, Dawne plays an integral part in the life of the ministry. She co-leads the Marriage and Family Counseling podcast "XY Factor" alongside her husband, providing counsel and emotional support to singles, couples, and families while upholding moral values based on the Word of Yahweh. Congregants often note her warm, approachable nature and the wisdom she shares with those around her.
